Construction of fire-resistant smoke-proof steel profile doors:
- steel frame with closed profile
- frame with a thickness of 50 mm - weight without glass: ~ 12 kg / m2 - weight of glass: ~ 45 kg / m2
- joining profiles - welding
- powder painting according to RAL
Fitting:
- steel pendant bearing hinges (standard 2 hinges per leaf)
- Stainless steel handle
- lock-ratchet latch with cylinder insert
Filling:

• safety glass - (external doors)
• insulation panel: steel sheet 1mm / wool / steel sheet 1mm - (external doors)
• single toughened glass - (internal doors)
• 1mm steel sheet / GKB board / 1mm steel sheet - (internal doors)
• glass fire class EI 30
• glass fire class EI 30

- Single or double leaf doors are available

The properties of steel woodwork:
- non-fire rated
- in-fire resistance class EI30
- in-fire resistance class EI60
- smoke-tight woodwork (door with a drop seal)
- doors with increased resistance to burglary in class -RC3-
- acoustic insulation up to 42dB
Additional equipment: 
It is possible to equip the doors with a door drive, additional mortise lock, electric door strike, reed relay, electromagnetic jumper, fittings, anti-panic locks, and door closers.
