Security doors, fire rated and technical doors

The steel fire rated doors are intended to separate the evacuation routes or other rooms from the sources of fire and to limit its spreading. They are used in the building partitions for which the appropriate fire resistance and other physical properties such as smoke control or sound insulation are required. Due to the design characteristics the steel doors can be used under temperature and humidity difference conditions in the rooms. The door leaf is made in the form of a panel with steel skin filled with fireproof plate.

Today, the main criterion is the PN-EN 1627:2012 norm which categorizes products fitted in clear openings into six burglary resistance classes based on the assessment of resistance to static, dynamic and destructive loads tested in a laboratory setting. Ant-burglary and theft protection doors are manufactured from highly resistant materials, in accordance with existing European norms, using well-established, durable construction methods. With a range of resistance ratings, they offer excellent protection from burglary and are commonly used in government buildings, banks, military and industrial facilities.

This product group of special purpose doors features products in variants of special intended use, very often coming from discrete manufacturing and non-standard technology. Special purpose doors are characterised by individually determined physical properties that are not available in typically offered standard doors. The group of technical doors for special purposes features, among others: office doors, doors for weaponry warehouses, bullet resistant doors, cold room and freezing room doors, doors for operating theatres, doors for prison cells, X-ray shielding doors, transformer station doors, and many others, manufactured for the customer's special needs according to individual designs.

Multi-purpose technical steel doors are cost-effective and very practical solution to closing the passage of standard dimensions in the industrial and office facilities, as well as to the staff and technical sections of the shopping centres and hotel buildings. A simple and solid construction of a door leaf guarantees trouble-free usage, whereas carefully prepared and the broad door frame system allows individual adjustment to all building conditions. The construction of multi-purpose steel doors allows their usage in the specified conditions of increased indoor humidity and temperature difference; thus they are a perfect complement of the offer concerning wooden interior doors. Fire-resistant steel profile doors with fixed wall system (separately or as sidelights) are a single frame, flush structure; the front surfaces of door leafs profiles in the closed position create one surface with door frame profiles. Door frames and leafs are made of steel sections formed of external and internal profiles, which are connected with a thermal break. In the pre-fabrication of doors, the sections are connected by welding; the elements of the construction are powder-coated on the surface achieving aesthetic design and proper resistance to corrosion. The doors are manufactured as fire-resistant EI30, fire-resistant EI60, or as non-fire in a window display with appropriate fire resistance class.
