Single and double leaf steel fire-resistant doors in fire resistance class EI²30 or EI²60 in accordance with PN-EN 13501-2:2008 and with smoke-tight ability Sm and Sa in accordance with PN-EN 13501-2:2008. They are used as multi-function doors and fire-resistant doors in residential, office and industrial premises of medium and high frequency of use. Leaves are available in dimensions of 400 to 1250 mm in width and 650 to 2500 mm in height. They are equipped with a certified lock for fire-resistant doors with fittings in black colour having a steel core in standard version. Door frames are available in various alternatives adjusted to almost all assembly conditions.
The fire rated doors with fire resistance class of EI30, EI60 or EI120 according to PN-EN 13501-2:2008 and smoke control class Sm according to PN-EN 13501-2:2008. The steel fire rated reverse doors are designed for the rooms with low and medium frequency of use requiring the installation of fire rated and smoke control doors. The door leaves are made with the typical dimensions and normally provided with a corner frame, latch-bolt lock, a set of handles with escutcheon, and multi-chamber EPDM sealing gasket. The structure of the doors offers a wide range of non-standard equipment (glazing, fire ventilation grilles, access control etc.). The surface is primed in light gray or powder coated according to the RAL system. Due to the zinc layer on the skin of the leaves and frames and electrostatic priming method prior to the final powder coating the door frames and leaves are highly corrosion resistant and guarantee high aesthetic standard for many years.
Fire-rated steel single and double door with EI²120 fire resistance rating compliant with PN EN 13501-2:2008 and Sm smoke resistance; compliant with PN-EN 13501-2:2008. According to existing construction norms, fire resistance rating for doors must be between EI 15 and EI 120, which makes EI120 steel doors the highest rated fire division doors envisioned in current regulations. EI120 steel panel door are used primarily in industrial building, but can also be installed in public utility facilities. Both typical and custom sizes are available: door leafs can be up to 1550 mm wide and 3000 mm high. The basic version comes complete with a certified lock and latch and both-side handle sets on short polyamide escutcheon plates.
