The selection process for applicants starts as soon as the Recruitment Questionnaire are received. Each resume is compared against the requirements of the position for which it was submitted.
Chosen candidates should expect preliminary interview and ability/ unique personality test. After the first round of interviews, the candidates that seem the best fit for the position are asked to come back for a second interview and assessment day.
