Frame leafs are the first category of the interior leafs with a rail structure, in which a rail is made from MDF board, HDF board, glued-laminated wood, or full chipboard. A frame structure made that way creates a uniform, rigid, and very stable grid of a door leaf having an excellent mechanical durability and decent soundproofing. Framed door leafs are filled with ornamental glass, toughened glass, decorative flat, or pressed MDF panel or also a relief. The technology of framed internal leafs allows us to manufacture very interesting, fashionable and sometimes avant-garde patterns with huge glazings. The selection of filling is made at the moment a specific model of a door leaf is selected. It is worth noting that the specific design of interior framed door leafs slightly limits the possibility to make leaf shortcuts, and installing ventilation elements, such as ventilation bushes and grids.
Panel framed door leafs are structures based on the panel (framed) filling of a door leaf. A panel that forms the panel filling can be flat or profiled on both sides as coffers to the thickness of the door leaf frame. Decorative embossments of panels in the shape of coffers impart a classic design to door leafs being well in line with the traditional home décor.
