The door leaf skin is made of flat sheet metal; it can also be embossed with decorative patterns. The cassette space of the door leaf is filled with EPS polystyrene boards bonded to the skin surface on both sides with polyurethane adhesive. Wooden blocks are inserted inside the door leaf at the lock and hinge socket locations. The lower edge of the door leaf is closed with a steel profile. Seals are placed in the door leaf rebate to ensure adequate thermal insulation.

RC1 class steel doors are designed for use in construction as internal entrance doors, closing off building openings in internal walls, between stairwells or corridors and residential premises.
