are a special product whose role is to ensure a very high level of security. For this reason, the central specification is the burglary resistance class, guaranteeing maximum security against attacks by burglars among the products available on the market. Doors classified as RC -5- according to standard PN-EN 1627:2012 undergo very demanding tests utilizing calibrated testing instruments. According to testing standards, these doors must withstand very strong static and dynamic loads as well as resist manual break-in attempts under laboratory conditions for a duration defined in the standard. Many years of experience and product development has led to the proper reinforcement of the door’s construction at critical points – doors reinforced in this way achieve exceptionally high test results in standards PN-EN 1628:2012, PN-EN 1629:2012 and PN-EN 1630:2012 and are classified into class RC5 according to standard PN-EN 1627:2012. The optimized construction of RC5 doors

The leafs of the door are made based on a cassette construction made of 2.0 mm-thick galvanized steel sheet, with multi-layered filling with high-density mineral wool. The security of the entire construction is substantially enhanced by interior reinforcement of the leaf in the form of a lattice made of thick-walled steel profiles. The door frame is made of a 3 mm-thick steel profile with sockets for installation. The leaf of an RC5 door is mounted on the frame on special bearing hinges. Special handles and bolting mechanisms, which enhance security significantly, are an integral part of the door’s construction. The doors are equipped with at least one security class 7 lock with multi-point bolting and a set of anti-burglary pins mounted on the side of the hinges. Besides providing excellent anti-burglary resistance, thanks to their exceptional design, RC5 doors are resistant to bullet penetration and have high mechanical resistance allowing for use even under very heavy conditions.

Doors can be finished with a lacquer coat according to the RAL table, PVC imitation wood veneer or a panel coated with natural veneer.
