X-ray protective lead-lined doors are manufactured for use in rooms with X-ray radiation equipment. The X-ray steel doors are designed to provide an effective barrier against radiation and, at the same time, a high class of resistance and mechanical durability, while maintaining a relatively small weight of the door leaf. Effective X-ray door radiation shielding is realized by filling both the door leaf and doorframe with a leaded sheet of appropriate thickness. The thickness of the lead layer is determined individually in the radiological shield project for each room.
X-ray protective windows are fixed constructions based on steel frames with lead sheaths of appropriate thickness and glazing with a glass containing lead oxide, obtaining the corresponding Pb equivalent. X-ray shielded windows provide full radiation protection and visibility.
Doors for security and cryptographic offices are the main physical security measures providing a proper protection of special rooms in which the documents containing confidential information are created, registered, retained, and shared. A high level of protection of entrance doors for the offices ensures the access only to authorized persons - properly constructed and equipped doors are the condition of the appropriate functioning of the protection system, as well as the fulfilment of statutory requirements, which are established for the security offices. Secret office doors are manufactured in a high burglar resistance class RC4. Moreover, they are equipped with additional code locks, access control, additional sheathing of a door leaf, and other non-standard elements of protection and opening door control. The doors are manufactured in both dimensions: standard and customized.
Steel doors for weaponry warehouses are adjusted to currently applicable requirements related to protecting access to rooms where weapons, ammunition and other warfare agents are stored. Doors for weaponry warehouses meet all safety requirements, and therefore enable you to organise and monitor the security and storage of weaponry and ammunition. The doors are manufactured both in standard dimensions, as well as in any dimension individually required. These doors feature external and internal doors in one-leaf and double-leaf variants. A wide selection of door frame profiles and the way they are attached enables you to assemble them in various types of building structures.
The range of specialized doors includes bulletproof steel doors in various classes of ballistic resistance, adapted to the level of the potential threat of discharge from firearms. They are installed in facilities requiring special protection. They find broad applications on military bases, Police stations and penitentiaries, but also in government buildings and banks. Classified into seven bullet penetration resistance classes according to standard PN-EN 1522:2000, these doors protect the lives of occupants and protect against penetration of the door leaf and frame by bullets fired from firearms of various types and calibers. Bulletproof doors are manufactured in both typical and atypical dimensions. Modern bulletproof steel doors are innovative constructions based on composites; they have a layered structure, which absorbs the energy of the discharged projectile and prevents it from penetrating through the final, internal sheathing of the door leaf or frame. Thanks to their design and the materials applied in their production, doors of this type also have enhanced resistance to burglary, besides their primary feature of ballistic resistance.
Doors for transformer stations and electrical substations are products which, depending on design guidelines, combine many physical characteristics required in power plant construction; proper mechanical resistance, high level of protection against unauthorized access, appropriately selected active surface of ventilation for roller shutter doors, high level of protection against corrosion, and more. Doors for transformer stations should, resulting from their constructional solutions, ensure a high level of protection of the personnel of power distribution companies, as well as third parties. Doors for transformer station buildings offered by us are used for closing a switchgear space and transformer chambers, and they are manufactured in accordance with applicable standards and requirements of power distribution companies.
Doors for prison cells and detention centers are characterized by many special design solutions not found in other doors and features essential for penitentiary and police facilities. Contemporary police stations and penitentiaries are equipped with electronic surveillance devices for detainees and inmates. Despite technical innovations and the constant development of this type of security, doors with a special design remain the basic means for closing rooms in prisons, jails and police detention centers, independent from electronic and telecommunications systems. Doors for prison cells and detention centers are made on the basis of doors with increased burglary resistance in the RC4 class in accordance with standard EN 1627:2012, however, in terms of construction details, locking method and equipment, they differ significantly from typical anti-burglary doors. The doors are manufactured in both standard and non-standard dimensions, and the surface of the leafs and frames is varnished according to the RAL palette.
