Anti-burglary, fire-rated, and smoke-tight steel doors are products having a very aesthetic look and physical characteristics, which allow to use them in the rooms of a high level of burglary risk and high-frequency usage for which a proper fire-resistance, smoke-tightness, and acoustic insulation is required.
Anti-burglary and fire-rated door leaf with a thickness of 64 mm and a three-sided rebate of 14*20 mm cross-section, made of galvanized steel sheet with a thickness of 1.0 mm. The door leaf is filled in with a fire-resistant mineral wool panel, which is bonded on both sides to the steel sheets over the whole surface. On a specially profiled surface along the upper and side edges of a door leaf, a fire-resistant and heat-resistant gasket is placed.
In a typical set, a door leaf is installed on the corner door frame made of galvanized steel, primed with RAL color 7035, with three-sided profiled keyway for PVC gasket. The doors are equipped with two three-part construction hinges with a proper protection against breaking down, bearing on double ball-bearings with the adjustment of a door leaf position on three surfaces by means of socket screws placed in the door frame.
Under the standard, the fittings are following: anti-burglary strip lock BMH-1020 with a 3-point locking system in accordance with DIN 18250 prepared for door lock cylinder installation, and ECO handle set on a door plate. A cylinder plug with increased burglary protection in -6- class with a set of keys duplicated on the basis of a code card.
may be equipped with fixed or surrounding door frames on request (adjusted or made in line with a given thickness of a wall). The production technology also gives a wide range of surface finishing in relation to fire-resistant and anti-burglary doors. The sheathing of RC3 EI60 door leafs may be laminated with wooden-like colors or made of stainless steel. However, the most frequently used surface finishing is powder coating in the RAL pallet.
Physical properties of anti-burglary, fire-rated and smoke-tight steel doors are:
