Anti-burglary steel panel doors are structures that ensure a high level of safety and robust workmanship.
A 62-mm thick leaf with a three-sided thick rebate manufactured on a glued laminated wooden rail with steel sheathing 1.0 mm thick joined at three edges by folds forming a leaf rebate. Filling glued on double sides to the frame and sheathing consists of two mineral wool panels with 120 kg/m3 in density and toughened steel enforcements. A silicon rebate gasket is placed in a rebate groove of an anti-burglary fire-resistant door leaf, whereas in the lower edge, there is an expanding gasket strip. The lower edge of the leaf can be finished with a profile with an embedded automatic dropping seal or an adjustable coffer with a 15-50 mm extension and a comb seal. The door leaf of anti-burglary fire-resistant doors at the hinged side is equipped with three protecting tenons.
The surface of the leaf is usually laminated, but it can also be painted with polyester paint or coated with powder varnish in accordance with the RAL palette, and moreover, front surfaces of the leaf may have 3-mm decorative embossments or finished with an elegant, replaceable 9-mm thick panel covered with veneer at the hinged side. A decorative panel mounted at the hinged (wider) side of an anti-burglary fire-resistant door leaf slides into a metal profile placed on the leaf edges. The profile is manufactured in the anode aluminium colour or colours as close as possible to the veneer coating of a decorative panel. The surface of the leaf at the push side may be finished in the form of steel laminate sheet in uniform or wooden-like colours.
A standard set of anti-burglary fire-resistant doors comprises a block frame with a fixed width of 94-mm made from zinc-coated steel sheet 1.5 mm thick, intended for concreting, mounted with Ø10 bolts in a rebate with a mounting doorstep. An expanding gasket is placed in the side jambs and the frame crossbar A placed finishing doorstep is available in the option for doors with an adjustable coffer. It is possible to use an angle frame or manufacture a frame based on an individual design. Fire-resistant and anti-burglary doors are equipped with three-piece structural hinges with adjustment in two planes, screwed in seats of hinges of a leaf and a frame. The pins of the hinges are protected against being knocked out. Hardware fittings: a main spreader multi-bolt and multi-point lock in class 6 with a 6 class cylinder insert with a set of keys made on the basis of a code card, and as an option, an additional inserted multi-point bolt lock with an insert with a knob on the internal side, a handle - a steel handle in satin colour on a safe shield on a safe disc protecting the insert of the main lock on the external side.
The doors are manufactured in EI²45/EW30 fire resistance class under PN-EN 13501-2:2008
The doors meet the criteria of RC-4 class of resistance to burglary under EN 1627:2012 and class C under PN-90/B-92270
Class 3 of mechanical resistance in compliance with PN-EN 1192:2001
Uses:
are intended for use in places with a high risk of burglary as a closure of openings in internal walls, where EI30 fire resistance is required. Owing to the combination of high parameters of anti-burglary resistance, fire resistance and acoustic insulation, anti-burglary fire-resistant doors are commonly used in multi-family residential buildings as internal entrance doors between a staircase and a flat. They are recommended to be assembled in rooms free of dampness, dry and with good ventilation. They are often installed as closures of server rooms, office rooms and technical rooms.
